Overview

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for actively managing customer enquiries. Proactively works with sales team to provide timely and competitive quotes.
  • Actively works to improve conversion rates of enquiry to order
  • Prepares and continously improves all templates used in the sales process from enquiry to order and beyond
  • Ensure orders meet customer requirements
  • Follow up on orders with customers to get feedback
  • Attend to any customer complaints
  • Report on customer satisfaction and any complaints
  • Liaise with Assistant Production Manager & Supply Chain Executive on production planning
  • Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives personnel
  • Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives department
  • Any others special project as assigned by CEO

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in the customer service function of a refractory business
  • Must be analytical and data led
  • Must have strong inter-personal skills
  • Live in and have right to work in Malaysia
  • Fluent in English (Ideally also Malay and Mandarin)
