Our client is a growing convenience retail brand with a mission to modernize everyday shopping. With rapid expansion across Malaysia, we're seeking a Senior Manager, Finance with strong financial leadership, commercial awareness, and a keen eye for process and system improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full finance function, including accounting, audit, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and internal audit readiness, ensuring all reporting meets regulatory standards.
- Integrate and optimize systems (e.g., ERP, POS, inventory) to support real-time reporting and decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights that support business growth and expansion planning.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax agents, and relevant statutory bodies.
- Build and lead a lean, effective finance team.
