Job description

Shipping Operations :

  • Safely load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, shelves, and other storage areas
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Ensure all outgoing materials are properly documented and recorded.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or electronic systems.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Report any discrepancies in inventory to supervisors.
  • Move materials to designated workstations, storage areas.
  • Ensure materials are stored in accordance with safety and organizational standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling materials.
  • Other roles and responsibility assign by company.

Kitting Operations :

  • Oversee the preparation and assembly of components and materials for production or distribution (e.g., picking, packing, and organizing kits).
  • Ensure the accuracy of orders and proper inventory management for kitting materials.
  • Collaborate with production, inventory, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate kit assembly.
  • Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring kitting areas are tidy, efficient, and safe.
