Job descriptionManage credit administration processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee credit documentation preparation and verification for accuracy and completeness. Monitor credit limits and ensure proper approval workflows are followed. Identify and mitigate risks associated with credit administration activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address credit-related queries and issues. Prepare and present detailed credit reports for management review. Lead or support process improvement initiatives within the credit administration function. Ensure timely escalation of any non-compliance or irregularities in credit processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful VP1, AVP, or Manager in Credit Admin & Control should have :
- A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of credit administration processes and banking regulations.
- Strong exposure to retail credit lending (including Housing Loan and Car Loan), and knowledge of relevant application systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant banking systems and software.
- Permanent role with opportunities for career growth in a large organization.
- Exposure to the financial services industry and challenging projects.
- Located in Kuala Lumpur.
