Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end coordination and governance of software release activities within Digital Banking.

Focus on planning, tracking, and executing releases across retail and wholesale banking systems.

Ensure alignment with organizational SDLC, deployment, and change management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage release schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams.

Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations to ensure timely and quality deployments.

Monitor release progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.

Validate readiness of release artifacts including builds, configurations, and documentation.

Maintain strong version control and structured release documentation.

Support automation efforts and CI / CD pipeline improvements to increase deployment efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and change management requirements.

Conduct post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
