Role description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using and React.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI / CD, and DevOps.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Experience or has worked in Java technologies like Groovy.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on and React.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle or RDBMS, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in modern development tools and practices (Git, Docker, CI / CD pipelines).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with serverless architectures and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks React Testing Library.
  • Exposure to database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
