Assistant, Cross Border (Warehouse)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and monitoring daily warehouse operations, e.g. : in-bounding / out-bounding.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Liaise with another department such as Customer service, Project management and Fleet.
• Operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation.
• Completed and maintained paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials.
• Kept the warehouse area safe, clean, and organized through regular inspection.
• Analyse and maintain all KPIs given by Ninja Van & Shipper.
• Operations responsibility includes managing the incoming volume / queues to meet KPIs and taking appropriate actions (breach adherence, arranging for overtime, etc.).
• Communicate performance related indicators to the team and management through relevant and timely reports.
• Manage and review operations reports.
• Work with various teams (e.g. CSM, Sales, Core Ops) to implement solutions.
• Able to manage documentation regarding RDO, GRN etc. Handle the filing of (RDO / GRN) invoices and documentation accurately and in an organized manner.
• Monitoring on new product such as NECOM product, Bulky product and etc.

Job Requirements

Working days / hours : - AM - PM (Monday - Friday)- AM - PM (Saturday)RM2,000 - RM2,500 a month
