What You Will Be Responsible For
- Responsible for system‑level performance and reliability testing of Bitdeer’s ASIC mining hardware, ensuring product stability and compliance with engineering standards.
- Develop and execute test plans covering electrical, thermal, and functional validation under various environmental conditions.
- Conduct long‑duration reliability and stress tests to evaluate hardware endurance, component lifespan, and system robustness.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and automation teams to define test coverage, methodologies, and success criteria.
- Design and implement automated validation setups and measurement scripts for efficiency and repeatability.
- Collect and analyze performance data to identify root causes of failure, degradation, or instability.
- Document test results, generate detailed reports, and propose design or process improvement recommendations.
- Perform benchmarking against competitor hardware and validate enhancements in power efficiency or performance metrics.
- Support production and field teams by reproducing, analyzing, and troubleshooting test‑related or customer‑reported issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance test coverage, precision, and data analytics capability.
How You Will Stand Out
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of hands‑on experience in hardware validation, reliability testing, or system performance evaluation.Proven experience with electrical and thermal test systems, including instrumentation setup and data acquisition.Familiarity with reliability stress methods such as temperature cycling, power‑on / off tests, and HALT / HASS procedures.Skilled in prototype testing, debugging, and correlation between simulation and physical test results.Proficient in using test instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, logic analyzers, and environmental chambers.Experienced with data acquisition systems, test automation tools, and measurement scripting (Python, LabVIEW, or C++ preferred).Strong understanding of electrical circuits, thermal management, and power integrity in high‑performance hardware systems.Capable of performing statistical data analysis, identifying failure trends, and executing root‑cause investigations using methods such as 8D and FMEA.What You Will Experience Working With Us
