What You Will Be Responsible For

• Responsible for system‑level performance and reliability testing of Bitdeer’s ASIC mining hardware, ensuring product stability and compliance with engineering standards.
• Develop and execute test plans covering electrical, thermal, and functional validation under various environmental conditions.
• Conduct long‑duration reliability and stress tests to evaluate hardware endurance, component lifespan, and system robustness.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and automation teams to define test coverage, methodologies, and success criteria.
• Design and implement automated validation setups and measurement scripts for efficiency and repeatability.
• Collect and analyze performance data to identify root causes of failure, degradation, or instability.
• Document test results, generate detailed reports, and propose design or process improvement recommendations.
• Perform benchmarking against competitor hardware and validate enhancements in power efficiency or performance metrics.
• Support production and field teams by reproducing, analyzing, and troubleshooting test‑related or customer‑reported issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance test coverage, precision, and data analytics capability.
