Job description

Kitchen Management

  • To Maintain a high standard of specified work in accordance the executive chef's instruction
  • To carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature check, food labelling and storage
  • Prepare all ingredients and other items as per food order and approved recipes.
  • Prepare ingredient for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Ensure consistent production of food and deliver quality culinary service to senior chefs.
  • Set-up the station with par stock of the menu items, and prepare the dishes designed for that station.
  • Monitor stock level of food and inform Chef about the balance of ingredients.
  • Assist in butchery and washing of ingredients for cooking preparations.
  • Review status of work and follow-up actions required with the head cook before leaving.
  • To remove any hazard and make sure ant defect in the kitchen or its equipment and report any problem to senior chef.

To keep high standard of personal hygiene, clean uniform and overall.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay : RM1,700.00 per month
