The incumbent is responsible to deliver exceptional PRUexperience service that sets us apart and make customer service a strategic advantage
- Provide the solutions for seamless experience in customer servicing and customer promise area
- Increase the customer experience NPS and reduced complaints
- Increase the adoption of capabilities available in PruServices and related areas
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
To provide focused support and independent execution over the in-country Business Digital Roadmap in support of Business Strategic KPIs.To be a key contributor in the execution of GTM and GO-LIVE plans with business.Ensure the alignment with Group Steering Committee road maps according to business priorities with diligent tracking and follow up.Drive maintenance of existing systems ensuring smooth transitioning to digital strategies for the business and customersTo give undivided support for a culture of innovation and agility that is fostered within the team and relevant stakeholders.Delivery & reporting of all assigned prioritised projects to the approved quality, timeline and budgets as defined in the business case.Supporting a culture of benefit realisation, change management & innovation in the delivery of assigned projectsProactively resolving any project related interdependencies between the respective project, and escalating if resolution cannot be achievedJOB SPECIFICATION : Qualifications
Degree from a recognized University preferably in Business, Insurance Studies, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, etc.Professional qualification in Life Insurance i.e., Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII), Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII), Life Office Management Association (LOMA), Australian Institute of Insurance (AII), International Claim Association (ICA) or other related to Life Insurance Industry would be an added advantage.Experience
A minimum of 5 years working experience. Experience in Life insurance Industry with basic operational knowledge in Life Administration, Actuarial, Agency Administration and Finance would be an added advantageKnowledge
Knowledge in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, AI and mobile development will be advantageousKnowledge in SCRUM and other Agile development methodology will be advantageousArticulate and proficient in written and spoken English. Basic knowledge of Asian language and Mandarin in written and spoken will be a value-added advantage
