This role may involve leading a small team of junior recruiters and supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead in driving innovation and improving ways of working, technology, and processes.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team of junior recruiters to execute recruitment plans using systems, processes, and technology; collaborate with stakeholders; ensure activities align with quality and DEI guidelines.
Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs; guide talent strategies and market developments; provide regular updates on requisitions.
Maintain and update sourcing activities (job specs, referrals, social networking, internal databases, web postings, fairs, and groups).
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates; ensure data integrity across internal systems; assist with smooth onboarding for new joiners.
Leverage data to identify optimal sourcing channels for the business.
Support the TA Lead to drive innovation and embed new ways of working, tech, and processes; act as a role model and coach junior recruiters; manage escalations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum years experience : At least 9 years of work experience in a similar role.
Preferred skills : Degree in any field
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding) in an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to tailor messages by audience.
Experience working with Hiring Leaders and interview support teams to ensure consistent assessment against defined standards and DEI requirements.
Ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Experience managing stakeholder and candidate expectations to ensure compliance, consistency, and quality.
