About the role This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Mandarin Interpreter for INTOUCHCX MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in a fully remote role. You will be providing high-quality Mandarin language interpretation services to assist customers located in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a full-time position, offering the flexibility of working from home.

What you'll be doing

• Provide accurate and efficient Mandarin language interpretation services to support customer inquiries and concerns
• Facilitate clear communication between customers and support teams on Video calls.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
• Continuously improve your language skills and interpretation capabilities
