Overview

As an Operations Analyst, you will support insurance policy processing and servicing for the Hong Kong market, ensuring compliance and delivering a smooth client experience. Your work will involve policy endorsement, client policy management, quotation generation, billing and invoicing, and investigation of queries and errors.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks associated with policy endorsement, client policy management, quotation generation, bills and invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate production / processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation.
• Maintain a basic understanding of core insurance legislation and strengthen established relationships.
• Communicate updates and resolutions to clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to policies and procedures as per organization standards and SOPs.
• Investigate queries and errors and assist in developing action plans for improvement.
