We are seeking a passionate and driven

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our growing team in Penang. This role will be instrumental in building our local talent pipeline and ensuring we attract, select, and retain the best people to support our business expansion. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR administrative functions for our new Penang office. Responsibilities

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to

understand workforce needs

and define job requirements. Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly in technical and sales engineering roles. Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management. Support HR administrative functions, including documentation, employee records, and compliance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience

in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a

recruitment agency or technology / component related / electronics / manufacturing industry . Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employer branding. Experience in recruiting technical or engineering roles is an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus. What We Offer
