This role is based in our Menara Skymindoffice.

The Campaign Fulfillment Manager (CFM) is primarily responsible for supporting the management of delivery of products on a contract from inception to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This includes the day to day responsibility of coordinating the reconfirming of what the customer purchased, capturing customer soft goals to communicate to all post sales teams, collection / receipt of online media deliverables, handling all post sale changes. Candidates must be logical thinkers with good communication skills who are able to multi-task and work under pressure. This individual needs to be a team player, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
