Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is wholly foreign-owned by Alton Industry Ltd. Group, a US-based global supplier of household products and industrial tools, with a total land area of 45.25 acres.

The base in Malaysia has established a comprehensive complex of six full-featured factories. These factories integrate motor assembly, sheet metal processing, injection moulding, general assembly lines, and automated intelligent warehousing.

In addition to the core production and storage areas, it also carefully designed a five-story modern office building, two three-story canteens and activity centers full of life, and four five-story dormitory buildings.

We're Hiring : MES Engineer

Are you passionate about smart manufacturing and digital transformation? Join our team as an MES Engineer, where you'll play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to drive efficiency and innovation across the factory floor.

What You'll Do

• Lead MES Implementation & Operations

Deploy, configure, and optimize MES to seamlessly integrate with PLCs, CNCs, SCADA, and SAP. Ensure smooth daily operations, manage user access, production orders, and process routing.

Build interactive dashboards (OEE, yield, equipment utilization) using Power BI / Tableau. Analyze production data, uncover bottlenecks, and collaborate with process teams to boost efficiency.

Develop tailored MES functions (auto-reporting, traceability, e-batch records) using SQL, C#, or Python. Design system interfaces (API / OPC UA) to connect MES with ERP, WMS, and LIMS.

Train production, quality, and IT staff to get the most out of MES. Document best practices, SOPs, and system architecture in English / Chinese / Malay.

Safeguard our MES with robust data protection, backups, and access control. Keep us aligned with PDPA, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards.

Evaluate emerging technologies like digital twin and AI-driven quality inspection to accelerate our smart factory journey.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills : Strong SQL development; proficient in C# or Python; familiar with OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, and databases (SQL Server / Oracle).

Manufacturing Know-How : Understanding of discrete or process manufacturing environments.

Languages : Fluent English required; Chinese is a strong advantage for teamwork.

Soft Skills : Analytical mindset, strong communication across departments, and comfort working in dynamic factory settings.
