Job descriptionCandidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field. Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience. Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese, Tamil language for both spoken and written. 1 contract position available. Entry level Contract Accounting / Auditing and Finance Retail

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via outbound / inbound phone calls with customers who have overdue accounts in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Educate customers about payment options, repayment plans, and consequences of non-payment.
- Resolve disputes or conflicts by addressing customer concerns effectively and professionally.
- Ensure all collection activities adhere to ethical standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers in understanding their rights and responsibilities regarding their debts.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify customers' outstanding payments.
- Complete the assigned jobs within the timeline given.
