Job description

Requirements :

i. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

ii. At least 10+ years of experience in HR management.

iii. In-depth knowledge of LFSA regulations, Malaysian labor laws, and international best practices in HR

compliance.

iv. Demonstrated experience managing sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality and

discretion.

v. Proven ability to lead and manage disciplinary processes fairly and in compliance with company

policies.

vi. Strong experience with HR systems, performance management, and data analytics.

vii. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

viii. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, senior

management, and external regulators.

ix. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Scopes :

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business

  • objectives;

2. Advise the executive leadership team on all people-related matters, including workforce development,

  • employee engagement, and talent management;
  • 3. Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent for key positions, ensuring a strong pipeline for

  • current and future needs;
  • 4. Develop and oversee employee development programs, career paths, and succession planning to

  • ensure long-term organizational growth and stability;
  • 5. Lead performance management initiatives, including setting KPIs, managing performance reviews, and

  • providing coaching and feedback to senior leaders;
  • 6. Manage employee relations and ensure the resolution of conflicts and issues in a timely and fair

  • manner;
  • 7. Drive initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and employee satisfaction;
  • 8. Oversee HR policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and ethical

  • standards;
  • 9. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on compliance obligations, including AML, KYC, and other

  • regulatory matters;
  • 10. Mitigate risks related to employment and HR-related disputes;
  • 11. Leverage HR technology to streamline HR operations, enhance employee experience, and improve

  • decision-making;
  • 12. Manage sensitive employee matters with the highest level of confidentiality, ensuring that all

  • employee information is handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company policy;
  • 13. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee-related matters, ensuring that HR-related

    information is shared only with those who have a legitimate need to know, and that such information

  • is protected from unauthorized disclosure;
  • 14. Oversee the administration of disciplinary processes, ensuring that all disciplinary actions are fair,

  • transparent, and aligned with both legal requirements and internal policies;
  • 15. Advise managers and leaders on appropriate disciplinary actions and the management of performance

  • issues, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards;
  • 16. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure that all HR policies and practices are

  • modified accordingly to remain in full compliance with LFSA guidelines;
  • 17. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all HR-related matters, including but not

  • limited to employee contracts, disciplinary actions, and compliance audits;
  • 18. Lead organizational development initiatives that align the workforce with strategic goals, driving

  • positive change, and adapting to the evolving needs of the business;
  • 19. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all HR activities, particularly when

  • dealing with sensitive employee information or issues;
  • 20. Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices respect and protect the privacy rights of employees,

    and adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
