Requirements :
i. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
ii. At least 10+ years of experience in HR management.
iii. In-depth knowledge of LFSA regulations, Malaysian labor laws, and international best practices in HR
compliance.
iv. Demonstrated experience managing sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality and
discretion.
v. Proven ability to lead and manage disciplinary processes fairly and in compliance with company
policies.
vi. Strong experience with HR systems, performance management, and data analytics.
vii. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
viii. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, senior
management, and external regulators.
ix. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Scopes :
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business
