Overview

UST Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET (MVC / Forms / Core).
  • Implement robust backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps and Business to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Drive technical excellence by enforcing coding standards and conducting code reviews.
  • Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues and quick solutioning for production issues.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on ASP.NET (MVC, Forms and Core).
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core and Web API.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server and database design. Oracle knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
