For over a decade, STEM From Dance (SFD) has been committed to empowering girls of color with the skills, experiences, and confidence to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) — all through the power of dance. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Associate, Finance Operations (Senior Accountant) , will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity of STEM From Dance’s operations. This position will report to the Manager of Operations and will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting processes, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, supporting monthly and annual close cycles, and providing timely and accurate financial data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about using their financial expertise to support a mission-driven organization.
