Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and seat guests with warmth, respect, and professionalism.Explain the Omakase concept to new diners, including the course structure, ingredients, and chef-driven format.Collaborate closely with the chef and kitchen team to time courses and communicate dietary restrictions or preferences.Serve food and beverages in a precise, elegant manner.Monitor the flow of the dining experience and proactively respond to guest needs.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables and service areas.Handle special requests and resolve guest issues with discretion and care.Educate guests on sake, wine, and beverage pairings that complement each course.Assist with closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next service.Benefits
