Procurement & Merchandising Manager

Position Summary

Incubase Arena Malaysia is looking for a detail-oriented and trend-aware Procurement & Merchandising Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, and product development for our retail and event merchandise. This role involves curating the right mix of licensed goods, developing in-house product ideas, and ensuring fans have access to exciting and high-quality merchandise that celebrates their favorite anime and pop culture worlds.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise Strategy : Identify product trends and plan merchandise assortments aligned with fan demand and market opportunities.
• Procurement Management : Source, negotiate, and purchase licensed goods, event exclusives, and promotional items from local and international vendors.
• Product Development : Collaborate with creative teams to develop original INCUBASE Arena merchandise and event-specific collections.
• Inventory & Cost Control : Manage stock levels, supplier contracts, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee sampling, testing, and approval processes to maintain product standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing and Project teams to align merchandise strategies with event campaigns.
