Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance related roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software .
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance .
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accounts & Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the Company. This includes financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis – Analyze financial data, assess trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost control and financial stability.
  • Financial Reporting – Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and other financial documents for management review.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and risk management practices.
  • Cash Management – Oversee cash flow, accounts payable, and receivables to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • General Accounting – Maintain full sets of accounts, process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Audit & Taxation – Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely filing.
  • Support Business Growth – Provide financial guidance to management and support decision-making.
