Job Responsibilities

• Provide network support and troubleshooting services covering technologies including but not limited to routing, switching, wireless, and security.
• Work with equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and F5.
• Analyze and diagnose network / performance issues, propose technical solutions, investigate root causes, and develop improvement plans.
• Coordinate with service providers (hardware vendors, global carriers) for joint troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular health checks for network devices and maintain documentation.
• Implement network change requests following standardized procedures to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain network operation procedures and Standard Operating Documents (SOP).
• Provide 24 / 7 global network support through shift rotations.
