Art Director - Beauty

Hogarth is a global content production company part of WPP, working with top brands such as Coca‑Cola, Ford, Rolex, Nestlé, Mondelez and Dyson to deliver relevant, engaging, and measurable content across all channels and media.

Role Summary

As an Art Director, you will curate and design content to showcase world‑class creative talent in a digital arena. You should have a strong understanding of digital and social space, design and production requirements, and a natural curiosity for pop culture and global trends.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead strong, effective design / art direction for high frequency, multi‑platform content localisation
Protect and uphold brand guardianship, ownership of client identity and brand voice
Maintain creative standards with awareness of country and regional nuances
Deliver hands‑on design and art direction, follow through to production of deliverables
Lead and motivate a small creative studio, managing outputs and negotiating priorities for the team
Communicate effectively and cultivate client service relationships

Requirements

Minimum 4 years experience in design, ideally within advertising agencies or an in‑house creative team

Ability to communicate with consumers via compelling, creative storytelling

Broad background in design across all mediums

Experience with localisation and transcreation of master assets

Strong craft and problem‑solving skills

Understanding of platform‑first creative requirements

Excellent presentation skills, able to defend your work in meetings and reviews

Enthusiastic collaboration, initiative, and accountability for stories you are telling

Keen understanding of local market creative and cultural nuances

Ability to work with global teams across time zones, deadlines, and traditional metrics

Strong communicator with excellent English skills
