Job Purpose :
To lead and manage recruitment efforts for both academic and non-academic positions, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition that aligns with the university's growth, values, and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle the complete recruitment process—from requisition approval, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, to final offer issuance.
Work closely with faculty deans, department heads, and management to understand manpower planning and ensure timely hiring for all levels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through platforms like JobStreet, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and university outreach efforts.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensure proper documentation, provide interview packs, and collect evaluation forms from panel members.
Prepare and issue offer letters, handle negotiation where needed, and ensure smooth handover to HR operations for onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, monitor vacancy status, and generate accurate reports for HR and leadership.
Provide consultation to hiring managers on job descriptions, selection criteria, and market trends.
Ensure all recruitment records and documents (MRFs, CVs, approvals) are complete and audit-ready.
Participate in recruitment process enhancements, automation initiatives, and candidate experience improvements.
