Job description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the team at W RESOURCES SDN. BHD. in Setia Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's bookkeeping and small practice accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full set of company accounts and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Review and verify data prepared by admin team (invoices, receipts, payments, and claims).
  • Prepare and deliver monthly Profit & Loss reports on time (including company P&L and trip‑by‑trip P&L).
  • Ensure accounts are audit‑ready and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
  • Monitor company cash flow, cost efficiency, and financial health.
  • Provide management with key financial analysis and improvement suggestions.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience handling full set of accounts independently.
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting System or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide the admin team.
  • Able to meet deadlines and deliver accurate financial reports.
  • Experience in e‑commerce or trading business is an advantage.
