Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Engage & work together with the relevant stakeholders and counterparts towards achieving alignment and produce the final deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Consolidate and produce the appropriate performance measurement standards, analysis and reporting ie KRA for both sales and operations staff under PFS.
  • Ensure Branch Sales & Operations KRA performance results are published to branches on time without errors.
  • Coordinate, develop andmunicate all sales / product budget allocation with respective stakeholders and management team.
  • Conduct branches & sales force productivity measure and report to track performance based on goals and targets set by management.
  • Conduct annual review and analysis for branch closure, Branch Ops HC and other performance related reviews / rankings.
  • Produce quality presentations for QSBM and other branch strategy related forums on branch network related agenda for PFS.
  • Develop dashboard and enhance reports on Branches performance.
  • Monitor, measure and analyses key performance related items using the right MIS / measurement indicators / tools.
  • Manage all assigned tasks using detailed work plans to ensure smooth submission of agreed deliverables.

Managerial (team / group responsibilities)

  • Team Management skills are desirable as the role manages a small team of less than 5 team members.
  • Strong personal skills are a must to engage with other peers including Senior stakeholders (Regional Managers, Business Heads, General Managers, HR etc)

    Organizational (organizational responsibilities) including Strategic Cost Management and Financial Goals
