About the job Customer Service Executive - Mandarin Speaker - Ara Damansara

Job Overview :

As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product / service information. This is an exciting opportunity for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers to build a rewarding career in customer service.

What you will do :

  • Handle inbound callsrelated to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product / service issues.
  • Provide accurate information to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with your team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • What makes you a good fit :

    Fluency in Mandarin and English Speaking.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • SPM graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply (Full training provided).
  • Previous customer service experience in the service industry is a plus.

    Office Location : Ara Damansara

    Must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
