Job descriptionProficiency in Malay, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred. 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance-related roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with financial systems and documentation processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the accounting service company in managing and maintaining full sets of accounts.
- Review and verify employees' daily expense claims and reimbursement documents.
- Support the preparation of financial reports in collaboration with the accounting service company.
- Assist in audit processes and tax filing activities.
- Handle the processing and submission of electronic invoices.
- Manage document archiving, invoice records, and data entry in the financial system.
