We're Hiring : Corporate Lawyer! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team and provide comprehensive legal support for our business operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate law, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and risk management to protect our company's interests and ensure legal compliance across all business activities.

What You'll Do

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and compliance matters

Manage legal risks and provide strategic legal advice
Handle corporate secretarial duties and board resolutions

What We\'re Looking For

Bachelor\'s degree in Law with valid practicing certificate

3+ years of corporate law experience

Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate and commercial law

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Experience in contract drafting and legal documentation

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
