Influencer Coordinator – Experienced Preferred (able to speak Chinese & English)

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Coordinator to join our team! If you have a solid understanding of influencer marketing, campaign management, and a strategic approach to driving results, this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Experience in Influencer Marketing

You should have hands‑on experience working with influencers and managing full‑cycle campaigns, from outreach to execution.

  • Strong Communication & Coordination Skills

    • Manage bulk email outreach, influencer outreach, and agreement follow‑ups.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally to maintain strong influencer relationships.
  • Logical Thinker with Attention to Detail

    • Organize complex schedules, troubleshoot appointment issues, and ensure timely campaign execution.

  • Content Strategy & Marketing Understanding

    • Align campaigns with marketing goals and create impactful influencer content.

  • Self‑Starter with Problem‑Solving Abilities

    • Handle unexpected challenges and keep everything on track.

  • Identify and engage influencers aligned with the brand’s goals and values.
  • Manage and coordinate bulk email outreach for influencer campaigns.
  • Oversee influencer agreements, ensuring all necessary details and follow‑ups are handled professionally.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, ensuring influencers are on time and everything runs smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during shoots or campaign execution.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand’s messaging and marketing strategy.
  • Track influencer performance, engagement, and provide insights for reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align campaign goals with influencer content.
