Duties :
- Coordinate with team leads to prioritize daily hiring demands.
- Screen and assess candidate CVs for suitability.
- Liaise with agencies, candidates, and hiring managers (HMs) for clarifications.
- Share shortlisted and qualified profiles with HMs and Recruitment Team (RT).
- Support backfill interview scheduling when necessary.
- Follow up on interview feedback and escalate unclear responses.
- Reassess rejected profiles for alignment with other open roles.
- Conduct weekly alignment meetings with agencies, Talent Acquisition (TA), and business practices.
- Ensure timely updates to all trackers and notify agencies on interview status and outcomes.
- Validate hiring details for accuracy and completeness.
- Prioritize and manage interview scheduling efficiently.
