Supervise and mentor laboratory staff. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensure adherence to internal protocols and external regulations. Oversee the quality control process. Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with R&D teams on new projects. Innovate and improve laboratory techniques and processes. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements. Summary
The Laboratory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a laboratory, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. They manage a team of laboratory technicians and scientists, and work closely with other departments to ensure that laboratory results are accurate and timely.
Responsibilities
