Otis & Sigma is growing and is looking for a Section Manager for Klang Valley area.

Position Summary

The Section Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of field service, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of supervisors and technical staff, ensuring high-quality maintenance, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining full P&L accountability for the customers' account.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Ensure strict adherence to EH&S policies and statutory requirements.

Act as the P&L leader for customers' accounts, responsible for financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Lead, mentor, and coach supervisors, chargeman, competent person, and field staff.
