Job descriptionPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Support financial forecasting and variance analysis. Identify trends and make recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal company policies. Maintain proper documentation and support for all financial transactions. Help develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. Work with other departments to understand and analyze financial impacts of operations. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required by management. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (CPA / ACCA / CIMA is a plus) 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in financial reporting and analysis Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques Experience in multinational or fast-growing companies is a plus Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply and will be considered for a junior role
