They are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team. As a Sales Manager, they will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic sales plans.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the executive team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
