R&D Engineer - Reliability (Testing)

What You’ll Do

Lead daily test operations, from equipment setup and maintenance to facility upgrades.

Partner with designers to run validation tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Manage test room operations, manpower allocation, and customer test requests.

Continuously refine test methods and system management for maximum efficiency.

Analyze test results, prepare accurate reports, and secure approvals with confidence.

Supervise technicians on validation activities and guide their professional growth.

Troubleshoot and resolve abnormalities or failures in test units.

Inspect and verify incoming equipment, purchased items, and external services.

Participate in Proficiency Tests (PT) and Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) programs.

Calculate Measurement Uncertainty (MU) and integrate results into reports.

Ensure all activities comply with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

What We’re Looking For

• ✅Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Material Engineering (CGPA 3.0 / Second Upper or above).
• ✅Strong foundation in mechanical functionality (structural integrity, acoustics, etc.).
• ✅Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and thermodynamics / sound concepts.
• ✅Analytical mindset with leadership capabilities — detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive.
• ✅Bonus points if you bring IT or Big Data expertise to the table!
