• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of QA experience in electronics manufacturing (e.g., PCBA, box build, SMT, EMS).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) and regulatory compliance.
• Familiar with quality tools : FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.
• Experience with customer and third-party audits.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Align Quality with Business Goals : Translate quality objectives into actionable plans that support overall business strategy. Standardize QA processes across incoming, in-process, and outgoing controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Lead QA Operations and Teams : Manage daily QA operations with speed, accuracy, and accountability. Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team with clear responsibilities, performance goals, and skill development plans.
• Monitor Performance and Drive Compliance : Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track quality performance. Ensure disciplined execution of inspections, testing, and audits in line with industry standards and internal controls.
• Drive Root Cause and Preventive Actions : Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and FMEA. Proactively minimize recurring issues through preventive actions and system-level improvements.
• Lead Continuous Improvement : Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce scrap / rework, and improve line yield in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Promote a Quality-Driven Culture : Foster a proactive, quality-focused culture across all levels, encouraging accountability and operational excellence throughout the organization.
