Requirements

  • Required language(s) :  English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum Diploma or higher.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience will be given priority.
  • Fresh graduate also welcome apply
  • Required Skill(s) : Communication, Sales, Product Knowledge, Time Management, Cold Calling & Presentation skills.
  • Superior Presentation and Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling our wide range of skin care products to new and existing clients
  • Look for new clients through outdoor sales activities, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, presentations etc
  • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies / models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues to ensure clients' satisfaction.
  • Evaluate client's skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales target
  • Research accounts and generate as follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest development.
  • Report and provides feedback to management, head of sales using financial statistical data.
  • Maintain and expand client data base within your assigned territory.
