Role Description

This is a part-time, contract role (20 hours / week) for a Digital Marketing & Growth Coordinator based in Penang or remote within Malaysia.

You’ll help relaunch Funding4Growth’s digital presence - driving content creation, automation, and community engagement.

This role blends creativity with technology : orchestrating AI tools, building campaigns, and designing assets that inspire founders to connect and grow. This role is ideal for someone who understands the realities of small business - agile, practical, and hands-on - and enjoys wearing many hats to get things done.

What You\'ll Do

  • Manage and schedule content across Kajabi, LinkedIn, and email platforms.
  • Create branded assets in Canva (emails, social posts, landing pages, simple videos).
  • Collaborate with AI Agents and GPT tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate and refine copy.
  • Support virtual events and community initiatives (webinars, challenges, launches).
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.

Qualifications

  • Strong English writing and editing skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Canva skills (templates, animations, brand kits).
  • Experience with one or more marketing platforms : Kajabi, Mailchimp, Squarespace, or Wix.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or a genuine curiosity to learn them.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Trello / Jira and Descript.
  • Organised, proactive, and tech-curious - enjoys experimenting with new tools.
  • Ability to work independently with flexible hours and some overlap with AEST / AEDT.
  • Deep understanding of small-business or startup environments — whether through running your own venture, growing up in a family business, freelancing for entrepreneurs, or working inside a creative or founder-led company.
