Job descriptionDegree / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering (Metal Fabrication / Tooling), or relevant field. Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant project management. Preferably Manager with technical knowledge, specializing in Plastic / Rubber component manufacturing industry. Experience with manufacturing process and work instruction. Familiar with software design applications such as Pro-E and Auto-cad. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Result-Oriented and self-driven team player.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for current and NPI project.
- Handles projects from local and global clients interfacing technology and product platform
- Provides guidance, support and coordination on the requirements project.
- Working closely with peers to provide operational leadership in achieving customers' deliveries dateline.
- Manage project coordination and customer contract fulfilment.
- Lead to secure and fulfil project goals.
- Conduct periodic performance review with clients.
- Any other job instructions assigned by superior from time to time.
