Job description
Identify, target, and co-develop new agricultural irrigation business opportunities.
Provide technical support, system design, and consultation for irrigation projects, including layout planning and product selection.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand on-ground requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tenders with accurate technical and commercial details.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, business support) and external partners to ensure smooth execution and after-sales support.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging irrigation technologies.
Maintain updated CRM (C4C) records, track project pipelines, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Act responsibly at all times to comply with the Group’s and Company’s Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures and work instructions.
