Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in routine accounting operations including prepare monthly payments, issue e-invoices and filing.
  • Prepare coding for suppliers’ invoices, staff claims, fund transfers, inter-company e-invoices / Debit Advice (DA) / Credit Advice (CA) on timely basis.
  • Generate payment vouchers for Accounts Payable (AP) and non-AP payments and process payments on timely basis.
  • Issue e-invoices / DA / CA on intercompany transactions on timely basis.
  • Assist in the filing of company documents on timely basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of information required on ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements

  • Applicants must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must have basic knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Able to start work during 1 December 2025 until 31 March 2026.
  • Contract position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.
