Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Klang. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales activities, develop strong customer relationships, and explore new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies.
Identify market trends, especially within the floor coating industry.
Negotiate contracts with clients.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
Explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and achieve sales strategies and targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster client relationships and support presentations.

Market research and business development skills, along with knowledge of market trends in floor coatings or a related industry.

Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in the coatings, paints, or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
