R&D Engineer / Senior Engineer (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee complex R&D projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Design, develop, and test prototypes and products, utilizing advanced engineering principles and methodologies.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to validate design concepts and improve product performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address technical challenges, and to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.
