Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Executive - Product Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Quality & Incident Management
Review and verify reports related to emergency response, product issues and liability cases.
Assess and validate compensation claims to ensure fairness and accuracy.Coordinate with the Finance team to process customer payments and follow up until cases are resolved.Work closely to track product liability claims and ensure timely resolution.Technical Support & Installation ComplianceProvide technical guidance and best practices on household electrical wiring and product installation.
Ensure all installations comply with local regulations and company standards.Conduct technical training to enhance installation and troubleshooting skills.Follow up the Claim & Supplier CoordinationSubmit the product liability claim to the supplier and follow up on the compensation from the manufacturer.
Submit monthly claim reports and maintain clear communication with HQ.Operations & Process ComplianceMonitor adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage and maintain tools and equipment for the team (RCT and related tools).Provide hands‑on support for activities and projects at the HQ office.Quality Inspection & ReportingCoordinate and arrange rework of the product.
Coordinate and report on operational results (incoming check, failed installation).Requirements
Minimum degree in electrical engineering or any related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience as a certified electrician or technical support professional.Skilled in electrical wiring, troubleshooting and compliance inspection.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills, with attention to detail.Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and customers.Benefits
