Requirements
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferred Mandarin speaking candidates due to job role require to deal with clients.

- Working days : MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 830AM TO 530PM, SATURDAY 830AM TO 1 : 30PM
Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and vendorsRequired skill(s) : able to interact and communicate well with colleagues, work independently and organize complex clerical task.Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office; knowledge in Autocount will be an added advantage;Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;Accurate and precise attention to detail;Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasksHousekeeping Admin Department's documents and maintaining a systematic filing system.Benefits
