Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves promoting and selling our products / services to clients across Malaysia. The candidate must be willing to travel for outstation assignments, client visits, and project rollouts.
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent working experience).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in [insert industry if specific, e.g., defense, equipment, B2B, etc.].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel extensively for outstation work.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.Identify and build relationships with new and existing customers.Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.Manage and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and negotiations.Attend tenders, exhibitions, and other relevant events.Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.Travel outstation for customer visits, project coordination, and exhibitions (frequent travel required).Benefits
