Job Responsibilities : -Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, documentations and communicate. -Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries. -Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. -To oversee overall customers including the customer requirements and share with team if any new updates. -Liaise with shipping and warehouse department to ensure that all materials are delivered on time. -General administrative work.
